The online store on aurelie-s-art.com is fully managed by a print on demand service. This includes the printing and delivery of the items.

All data entered on this site are secured by a SSL certificate so you can rest assured that your information is safe ! Payment for orders is accepted by card and processed securely through Stripe directly on the website. Payment line on your bank account statement may appear as coming from Aurelie-s-art.com or from Wix.com (the website host).

Products can be delivered to Europe. If you are unsure your product is available in your area, please contact me and I will be happy to double-check for you. Once your order has been placed, you will receive automatically an order confirmation email containing the order number and details (please check your spam folder if you don't see it after 10 minutes). Orders are typically produced within 3 business days, then go through quality control before they are carefully packaged for shipment. When the order is shipped, an automated email with shipping tracking details will be sent to you. Orders usually arrive within 12 business days.

Unfortunately, I do not have capacity to accept returns at this point. Every order goes through a quality check before being packed and delivered. If, however, your order arrives damaged or do not meet your expectations, please notify me within 30 days and provide a photo for proof, and I may issue a refund or a coupon.
